LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A travel influencer found dead inside a Las Vegas Strip hotel room last month died from a fentanyl and alcohol overdose, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
Metro police officers found Anunay Sood, 32, deceased in a room at the Wynn Las Vegas on Nov. 4, documents said. Police also located “narcotics” in the room along with Sood’s body, the 8 News Now Investigators first reported.
Further testing revealed Sood died from the combined effects of fentanyl and ethanol toxicity, a spokesperson for the Clark County coroner’s office confirmed Monday. His manner of death was listed as accidental…
