LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Newly obtained court documents are giving a closer look at what may have led to a fatal knife attack that occurred Dec. 18 just north of downtown Las Vegas.
Kenwonn Montgomery’s arrest report reveals he admitted to police that he had been under the influence of alcohol and a drug known as “sherm,” which can act as a hallucinogen, before fatally stabbing the victim, Joseph Kirkling, near Owens and H Street.
