LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A growing dispute between homeowners and their HOA has left residents of one Las Vegas neighborhood frustrated.
This comes just weeks after the residents, who live in the Bavington Court neighborhood, packed a meeting and voted down a proposed HOA dues hike. They said they’ve received an email from an attorney stating they’ll still owe hundreds of dollars more each month.

“You’ve got to have food on your table to live, you know you can’t just be giving your money to Hoa’s when they’re not doing nothing on the property,” said Homeowner William Desmith.
