A home security camera in Laughlin, Nevada, recorded the hair-raising moment a vehicle went mid-air, dived into a backyard patio, and landed in a swimming pool. According to police reports and homeowner accounts, the incident unfolded late at night on December 15. Surveillance footage shows the automobile gaining speed and failing to stop. It hits a block wall, rotating through the air, and ejecting the driver into the shallow end of the pool.
Homeowner Cletis Reed said he first heard what sounded like a “freight train” before discovering the extensive damage to his property. “I figured something had happened in the street, and I came out to see my entire backyard destroyed.
