LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of a deadly road rage shooting that killed an 11-year-old boy will not face the death penalty, according to Las Vegas District Court officials.
The incident occurred on Nov. 14 on the 215 Southern Beltway at Gibson Road, where two vehicles were engaged in an altercation that led to the deadly road rage shooting.
Tyler Matthew Johns, 22, is accused of shooting and killing Brandon Dominguez-Chavarria, who was in the back of the car on his way to school when the incident happened…
