LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The man charged with killing an Ohio couple previously worked at a Las Vegas medical office and is named in a Clark County District Court medical malpractice lawsuit, according to documents obtained by 8 News Now.
Michael McKee, 39, appeared in court charged in the shooting and killing of Spencer Tepe, 37, and Monique Tepe, 39, in their Columbus, Ohio home on Dec. 30. McKee is the ex-husband of Monique and was arrested Saturday in Rockford, Ill.

The Tepe’s two children were found inside the home physically unharmed when officers arrived, according to police.
Documents from the Las Vegas Board of Medical Examiners show McKee was a licensed medical doctor for two years at a medical practice near W. Sunset Road and S. Durango Drive.
