LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas is among 10 other cities across all the Sunbelt States that are seeing an uptick in concession offerings to would-be renters, according to a reportfrom the Wall Street Journal.
A concession is defined as at least one month of free rent, according to the Wall Street Journal, which used October 2025 data from Apartment List to show Las Vegas, and other cities like Phoenix, Austin, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Nashville listed as metro areas with the highest percentage of apartments offering concessions.
