3 Las Vegas teens accused of killing teen over BB gun plead guilty

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Three teenagers accused of murdering another teenager in the Historic Westside over a BB gun have accepted plea deals.

Doir Jenkins, Robert Saulsberry, and Messiah Neely pleaded guilty on Monday, according to the Clark County District Court records.

They were facing several murder charges related to the shooting death of 16-year-old Jovan Wright Bullock on May 11, 2024, near Vegas Drive and MLK Boulevard.

Surveillance video obtained by 8 News Now apparently showed Jenkins, Saulsberry, and Neely, who was 14 years old at the time, confronting Bullock on the day he was killed.
