LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A man was arrested for allegedly harassing a northeast Las Vegas resident with arson and other forms of vandalism.
Russell McLaren, 51, appeared virtually for an initial court hearing in North Las Vegas Justice Court on Friday. He’s facing charges of first-degree arson, aggravated stalking with a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon, and destruction of property.
