Henderson rallies to save Silverbowl track as driver stand faces demolition

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The community of Henderson united on Saturday to support the Silverbowl Radio Control Track and Park after its driver stand was deemed non-compliant with safety codes.

Justin Summers is with the race park and says, “The county, after three years have decided that it’s out of compliance and they would like to bulldoze it.”

The track has been maintained by racers for over 20 years, and if it’s demolished, the drivers won’t have a good view of the track, according to Summers…
