Mexican man arrested in Las Vegas was removed from country more than 10 times

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Mexican man arrested in Las Vegas on various charges is accused of illegally reentering the country after he was removed more than 10 times.

Ulian Ohye-Michiko, 48, faces one count of deported alien found in the United States, according to a release from the Department of Justice. He is from Mexico.

The release from the DOJ said that Las Vegas Metro officers arrested Ohye-Michiko on Dec. 27, 2025, for child abuse or neglect, domestic battery, false statement to or obstructing a public officer, driving without a driver’s license, driving under the influence, and operating without proof of insurance.

A search of court records in Clark County could not find any charges for a person by that name…
