Las Vegas — Vestar has signed three new leases at Tivoli Village at Queensridge, a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development located in the Queensridge neighborhood of Las Vegas. Design Within Reach and Saatva have already opened at the property, while Eichholtz is scheduled to open in spring 2026. The expansion brings roughly 20,000 square feet of luxury furniture and décor brands to the development.
