According to the Las Vegas Review‑Journal, the expansion was first teased in a Facebook reel, and city records show the initial building permit for the site was issued in August. The project appears in a land‑use filing on the City of Las Vegas agenda under an application from Able Baker Bomb Shelter, LLC, with KRG Las Vegas Centennial Center, LLC listed as the owner.
