LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas rideshare driver lost his BMW to a mechanic shop owner who allegedly forged repair bills to fraudulently obtain the car’s title.
As FOX5 Investigates reported last month, the Nevada DMV Compliance Division says Khaldoun Ezam, owner of Star Auto Care, fabricated a repair bill for an engine replacement on a BMW belonging to a customer who goes by A.Z.
