LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A pedestrian was hit and killed by a motorcycle Sunday morning, marking the third deadly crash on Las Vegas roads in less than 24 hours.
On Sunday, Feb. 8, at around 4:40 a.m., the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a collision on South Decatur Boulevard, south of West Post Road. The collision involved a motorcyclist and a pedestrian.

Police said evidence at the scene and witness statements show a motorcycle, ridden by a 20-year-old man, was traveling south on Decatur Boulevard. At the same time, a pedestrian, a man in his 40s or 50s, was crossing Decatur Boulevard south of Post Road.
Metro said it was unknown if the man was crossing outside of a marked or implied crosswalk. The collision happened when the pedestrian crossed the path of the motorcycle’s travel and the motorcycle hit the man, pushing him onto the roadway…
