LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Jon Thomas Banning, a Nevada licensed contractor and owner of JTB Landscaping, has been sentenced to four to ten years in prison.
Banning was arrested by Nevada Attorney General Investigators in collaboration with the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB) after an outstanding felony arrest warrant was issued by the Las Vegas Justice Court.
