General Grant’s Hot Dogs is cooking up a food truck that’s set to bring a whole lot of East Coast flavor to the Valley.
“I’m coming with a lot of flavor,” General Grant’s Hot Dogs co-owner Shawn Jackson said in an exciting interview with What Now Las Vegas. Jackson confirmed that the eatery would be opening in the Valley this season, but said that it will not be a shop at 439 N Rock Quarry Way, as listed on the permit. But General Grant’s Hot Dogs will instead start as a food truck set to roam the streets of Northeast Las Vegas.
