Durango Dining Drama As Marc Vetri’s Fiorella Pasta Bar Gets Twirled Off The Menu

Marc Vetri’s Fiorella Pasta Bar at Durango Casino & Resort will close after its final service on March 27, ending its run inside the resort’s Eat Your Heart Out food hall. Marc Vetri’s official site traces his career back to Vetri Cucina in Philadelphia and confirms that Fiorella Las Vegas opened in December 2023 as part of his expansion into the city. Osteria Fiorella at Red Rock is still listed on the resort’s dining pages, which keeps Vetri present in Summerlin despite the Durango closure, according to the Red Rock Resort restaurant page.
