Fifty-one years later, Benihana in Las Vegas is still going strong

Benihana, a 2026 Las Vegas Magazine Hall of Fame inductee that recently celebrated its 51st anniversary at Westgate Las Vegas, remains one of the premier teppanyaki experiences in town, and it continues to find new ways to keep diners coming back for more.

From now until March 31, the restaurant is offering the following options:

• Wagyu of the World ($69 per person), which includes your choice of a 4-ounce Japanese wagyu bistro filet, a 5-ounce Japanese Tokyo broil or a 4-ounce Australian wagyu filet, accompanied by onion soup, uchi no salad, wagyu fried rice and hibachi vegetables…
