The incident began around 5:15 p.m. on February 22, 2026, in the 1100 block of South Fort Apache Road, near West Charleston Boulevard and South Rampart Boulevard.[1]

A former employee returned to his previous workplace and confronted a current staffer for reasons police have yet to determine. The exchange quickly intensified as the ex-employee produced a gun and gave chase to the targeted worker.[2]…
