LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — An American flag mounted on a hill off Galleria, between Tuscany and Lake Las Vegas, has drawn concern from residents and at least one Vietnam veteran. Most of the flag’s red and white stripes are gone and the flag is barely clinging to the flagpole it’s attached to.

One person who stopped at the parking lot said the flag should be replaced. Fariborz Zojaji, who lives in nearby Lake Las Vegas and hikes to the flag, said the location itself holds appeal.
“That’s what makes you go, the flag itself. It’s pretty cool to get up there,” Zojaji said.
He said the flag’s condition has declined in recent months…
