Desert Mega‑Warehouse Breaks Ground In North Las Vegas Apex Boom

North Las Vegas is turning more desert into dock doors. City officials say construction is underway on Apex Ridge Logistics Park, a roughly 90 acre site near the Apex industrial corridor that is set to become a major logistics campus with about 1.36 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space across two big buildings. It is the latest speculative bet in Apex, a submarket that has been drawing steady industrial deals and fresh infrastructure spending.

What’s Being Built

According to CBRE listing materials, the plan calls for two cross dock buildings totaling about 1.36 million square feet, with individual footprints of roughly 755,628 and 602,377 square feet.
