LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man is suing the Clark County School District after a video captured him being hit by a school bus while on an e-scooter.
According to court documents, Shad D’Anjou claimed the school bus crashed into him on Nov. 21, 2024, while he was riding his e-scooter to work.

8 News Now obtained video of the crash from CCSD, and it showed the bus slowing down before striking D’Anjou. He was reportedly near an elementary school when he stopped for the bus.
