LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The trial scheduled for a contractor accused of scamming dozens of victims has been postponed, but his victims are starting to get paid by the state.
The Nevada State Contractors Board charged Ryan Vozzola and Amy Rusch for reportedly engaging in fraud. Vozzola is the owner of Patio Covers 4 Less and is scheduled to go to trial on October 5.
Dijana Besicmann was one of the victims who was reimbursed from the state’s Residential Recovery Fund for the money she lost.
