LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A 10-year-old Las Vegas boy has won a gold medal at the Taekwondo U.S. Open Championship, taking first place in his division in forms for the second consecutive year.
Nicholas Park earned his black belt at OneTop Center after three years of training and said the back-to-back title is a sign of his continued progress.
“It feels very happy and it’s telling me that I got better and to push me further,” Nicholas said. “It helps me know better that I’m getting better since the day I started.”
