LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Nevada State Police Highway Patrol has identified the driver involved in a deadly crash on the 215 beltway in the northwest valley on March 4.
Around 5:55 a.m., state troopers responded to a crash involving a white 2014 Chrysler 300 sedan and a commercial semi-truck on southbound 215 at the Ann Road off-ramp.
According to NHP, the driver of the sedan was identified as Qaadir Isaam Amin II, 44, of North Las Vegas. Amin was speeding and not wearing his seatbelt when he lost control. They say he failed to avoid or stop his vehicle before colliding with cars that were stopped ahead.
