LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Las Vegas man is working to show east valley residents how social media can help address neighborhood problems by connecting people and encouraging them to document issues in real time.
Al Rojas, the founder of Safe Communities Network, said he has identified 20 to 30 hotspots on the east side and has connected people in those areas to create a safer community.
