LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The grandfather of a 10-year-old boy killed while crossing a street near Charleston and East Fremont last week is speaking out, calling on the city to improve road safety at the intersection.
Simeon Young was struck and killed by a car while crossing the street in front of his mother’s apartment. His grandfather said Simeon had been outside playing with friends and told his mother he would be right back. His mother was inside at the time with her four children.
