It looked like a normal evening in the parking lot of a busy Walmart in Las Vegas. Shoppers were coming and going, carts rolling across the pavement, nothing out of the ordinary.
But tucked away among the carts was a heartbreaking sight no one noticed at first.
Inside one of the shopping carts sat a plastic storage bin with the lid snapped shut. And trapped inside it was a tiny puppy. He had been left there like he didn’t matter at all…
