Nevada man indicted for allegedly selling and smuggling misbranded erectile dysfunction pills

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KOLO) – A Nevada man has been indicted after the DOJ says he was selling and smuggling misbranded erectile dysfunction and prescription pills.

David Ralph Webber of Henderson is a facing a 17 count indictment for allegedly smuggling the drugs under the brand names Ride, Kinky Kong, Stif, TBone, and Kinky Pink.

Webber is accused of owning and operating Passion Plus Enterprises Inc and Whole Science Health. The DOJ says he was not a registered pharmaceutical manufacturer with the USDA and was not licensed to administer prescription drugs or as a wholesaler of prescription drugs…
