LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Nevada Commission on Ethics Wednesday agreed to dismiss allegations that Henderson City Councilman Jim Seebock committed campaign violations when he was running for that seat in 2023.
In June of that year, the Nevada Commission on Ethics unanimously concluded that the facts surrounding the allegations that Seebock improperly used campaign material with his picture in his Metro Uniform, where he retired as deputy sheriff, were “sufficient cause” to render an opinion after an investigation.

On Monday, the commission dismissed Seebock’s case outright.
The board received no additional ethics violations over a two year period, which helped pave the way to Wednesday’s exoneration by the commission.
