Egg Works, a longtime breakfast and brunch spot in Las Vegas, will permanently close its outlet on South Rainbow Boulevard. The restaurant’s final day of service will be Sunday, March 29. The brand’s six other locations will remain open.

Egg Works is a Las Vegas restaurant chain known for serving breakfast and lunch in a casual dining environment. The menu features made-to-order egg dishes and classic breakfast staples.
The concept began as Egg & I in 1988. The brand expanded as Egg Works in 2005. Currently, there are seven restaurant locations under Brad Burdsall’s ownership. On March 20, Egg Works posted on social media that a restaurant at 6960 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, would permanently close.
