Las Vegas man arrested in road rage shooting that targeted two vehicles, police say

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas man is facing multiple felony charges in connection with a suspected road rage shooting in the southeast valley, according to an arrest report obtained by 8 News Now.The shooting happened around 5:17 p.m. on Feb. 18 near Boulder Highway and Missouri Avenue.Investigators say 34-year-old Cetus Wells was identified as a suspect following witness interviews, surveillance footage, and forensic evidence.

Wells was taken into custody on March 11, during a law enforcement operation tied to the investigation.According to the arrest report, Wells allegedly fired multiple rounds from a white Ford Mustang Mach-E at two vehicles — a 2017 GMC Acadia and a Tesla — during a road rage incident. Police say both vehicles were occupied at the time they were struck by gunfire.An off-duty law enforcement officer also witnessed the shooting and provided information to investigators.Officers recovered seven shell casings…..
