2 pedestrians hit by SUV on Fremont Street, Las Vegas Boulevard

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two pedestrians were hit by an SUV on Fremont Street and Las Vegas Boulevard early Sunday morning, according to Metro police.

Around 5:15, Metro police responded to a report of a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrians. When officers arrived, they found that an SUV had hit two pedestrian.

The pedestrians were taken to a local hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the SUV showed “initial signs of impairment,” police said.

Las Vegas Boulevard at Fremont Street was closed in all directions as police conducted their investigation, according to RTC of Southern Nevada…
