LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas woman faces animal cruelty-related charges after a dog was found dying behind a trash can along Boulder Highway, according to a police arrest report obtained by 8 News Now.
Shamika Black was arrested on March 24, two months after Las Vegas Metro police found the pitbull mix dumped behind a trash can in the 6100 block of Boulder Highway.
