LAS VEGAS — Egg Works is closing two Las Vegas locations as founder Brad Burdsall downsizes the breakfast chain to enter semi-retirement and care for his aging parents in Florida.
Burdsall has been in the breakfast business since 1998, when he and a partner bought the Egg and I restaurant.
“Me and a partner actually bought the Egg and I. We ran the Egg and I together for about 10 years,” Burdsall said. “About 10 years after that, we decided to go our own direction. So I went out and I started developing Egg Works around town.”…
