LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Four Mexican nationals living in the Las Vegas Valley are facing federal charges after authorities said they illegally returned to the United States following multiple deportations, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada.
The men — Laurentino Salvador Juarez‑Martinez, Serguio Raudel Contreras‑Torres, Brandon Castanon‑Bautista, and Pablo Covarrubias‑Islas — appeared in federal court in Las Vegas this week on one count each of being a previously deported alien found unlawfully in the United States.
All four cases will move forward with preliminary hearings scheduled for April 20, 2026, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Brenda N. Weksler in Las Vegas.
