These Las Vegas tiny homes can be assembled in an hour

The Las Vegas city council approved a proposal for a tiny home community that will be built using modular units from Boxabl, reports Julie Taylor in California Post.

According to Taylor, “About 50 custom tiny homes will be constructed on a 2.25-acre lot in Las Vegas that currently sits vacant.” The $6 million project is backed by Accelerated Real Estate. The units will be roughly 360 square feet and will rent for around $1,000 per month. Once the site is fully permitted and prepared, each home will take roughly one hour to assemble…
