LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — An arrest report is revealing new details about the hours leading up to a deadly domestic shooting in east Las Vegas that left one woman dead and ended with a standoff in Arizona.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department identified 64-year-old Scott Hubert as the suspect involved in the April 6 shooting. Investigators note in the report that he was seen going back and forth from his home near Sahara Avenue and McLeod Drive, returning angry and starting arguments with family members inside the residence on Karen Avenue.
Witnesses told detectives that Hubert was seen leaving for work around 5 a.m. but returned home between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. in a good mood, before leaving again.
