Another piece of Los Angeles culture is coming to Las Vegas.
The popular L.A. pastrami chain The Hat officially announced the opening date for its Las Vegas location this week. The new restaurant is set to open on May 6 at 6215 Rainbow Blvd., the company announced on social media. Store hours are form 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.
The new shop, located roughly 8 miles from the Vegas strip, will be The Hat’s first restaurant outside of Southern California. Other popular L.A. chains to expand to Las Vegas include In-N-Out, Randy’s Donuts and Silverlake Ramen…
