LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man is facing felony animal cruelty charges after police said he drowned his neighbor’s cat in his garage, according to an arrest report obtained by 8 News Now.
The incident occurred at a townhome near Pecos Road and Harmon Avenue on April 12.
Officers responded after a woman called, saying she couldn’t find her cats, after her neighbor threatened to kill them, according to the report.
