LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A woman identified as Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit against the Mary and Sam Boyd Boys and Girls Club in Henderson, alleging the club repeatedly allowed Dequincy Brass to pick her up without authorization when she was a child, leading to sexual abuse.
The plaintiff, now over 18, says she was 9 years old at the time of the abuse and that the club allowed Brass, then 33, to pick her up from the center multiple times, take her to various locations, and sexually assault her.
