LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Southern Nevada’s favorite desert weather forecaster has officially emerged for spring — and he did it in record-breaking fashion.
Mojave Max, the famous desert tortoise who lives at the Las Vegas Springs Preserve, emerged from his burrow Sunday at 12:50 p.m., according to Clark County officials.
