The ACC seems to be trying hard to keep Miami out of the Saturday spotlight

The Miami Hurricanes have released some more game times for the upcoming football season, and it’s another reminder of how the ACC decided to keep its top draw off Saturdays for most of September.

Miami will host Florida A&M on Thursday night, September 10 at 8 p.m. on the ACC Network. Eight days later, the Hurricanes will travel to Wake Forest on Friday, September 18 at 7:30 p.m. ESPN and eight days after that they will be home for a game against Central Michigan on Saturday, September 26 at 6:30 p.m on the CW Network.

Game times for Miami’s September schedule have been released.

The Hurricanes will start the season on Friday night, September 4 at Stanford at 9 p.m. on ESPN, and they will have a short week to come back across the country for the Rattlers before consecutive weeks with an extra day for a road game to Winston-Salem, North Carolina and a home game against the Chippewas. Things will stabilize in October and November with Saturday night games throughout, including the annual showdown against Florida State on October 17 and the already-announced primetime clash with Notre Dame on November 7…
