A driver was arrested after he allegedly fled a traffic stop in Miami-Dade before he was caught on foot on Thursday night, authorities said.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the incident began when troopers briefly stopped a silver SUV on the Palmetto Expressway near Northwest 36th Street at around 9:11 p.m.
