British automaker Aston Martin, known for its sports cars featured in the James Bond film series, co-developed the Aston Martin Residences project in Miami that broke ground in 2017. Each unit cost up to $59 million.
Following the completion of the construction in 2024, the control of the condominium association was handed to the non-developer unit owners of the association in March 2025.
