The longtime manager of Norwegian DJ Kygo listed his Mid-Beach home for just under $12 million last week.
The listing of the six-bedroom home at 4442 Prairie Ave., which backs up to Biscayne Waterway, was a top listing in a relatively slow week for Miami-Dade’s luxury real estate market.
Twelve contracts for homes over $4 million were signed Aug. 24-30, according to a weekly luxury real estate report from Douglas Elliman agents Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.
