The French hypercar legend partners with Prosper Group and Versluys Group for Bugatti Residences Miami, bringing ultra-luxury waterfront living to Brickell.
Bugatti is officially expanding its brand of high-octane luxury from the track to the skyline. Partnering with Prosper Group and Belgian developer Versluys Group, the French hypercar maker has unveiled Bugatti Residences Miami, a $650 million landmark luxury tower marking the brand’s residential debut in the U.S.
Rising 60 stories along Brickell’s waterfront at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, the development sits on one of the neighborhood’s final prime coastal parcels. The tower will house 183 ultra-exclusive residences, including four signature penthouses, and boast over 300 feet of Miami River frontage with direct access to Biscayne Bay—the same scenic hotspot where fellow hypercar brand Pagani is also building penthouse-topped residential towers.
The venture signals a new chapter for the Molsheim-based marque as it translates its high-performance DNA into ultra-prime real estate. The move follows the debut of the Bugatti Tourbillon, the brand’s groundbreaking 1,775-horsepower hybrid hypercar featuring a naturally aspirated V16 engine and intricate, watchmaker-crafted skeletonized mechanics. Just as the Tourbillon redefines automotive engineering, Bugatti Residences Miami aims to reshape coastal living through a relentless ethos pioneered by founder Ettore Bugatti: “If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti.”
The Miami project builds on the momentum of Bugatti’s inaugural tower in Dubai, adapting the residential tower’s design language to South Florida’s tropical energy. Internationally renowned architectural firm Brandon Haw Architecture draws direct inspiration from Bugatti’s sleek lineage, integrating the carmaker’s signature C-line curve into the skyscraper’s facade.
