Doral police officers arrest 3 over rifle ‘transaction’ involving felon ‘King Skillz’ outside Club Pink Pony, records show

DORAL, Fla. — Three men faced charges on Monday afternoon in Miami-Dade County after a detective reported witnessing a “transaction” early Saturday morning outside of Club Pink Pony in Doral, records show.

A Doral detective reported Abraham Martinez, the alleged seller, gave Edwin Mir a “gray duffel bag” at 1:30 a.m. on Saturday at 7971 NW 33 St., and Mir stored it in the trunk of his red Chevrolet sports utility vehicle, according to a police arrest report.

Mir, 35, a convicted felon also known as “King Skillz,” was last released from prison in 2013 after two convictions for a 2005 armed robbery in Miami-Dade, according to the Florida Department of Corrections…
