Hialeah, FL – A 36-year-old man has been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation and exhibition involving a disabled woman in Hialeah.
According to police, Kevin Felipe Valiente allegedly entered the 35-year-old wheelchair-bound woman’s room on May 25, exposed himself, and touched her inappropriately.
The woman managed to push him away, but he returned later that night and repeated the offenses.
Valiente, who knows the victim, was already in custody for a separate battery charge.
He remains held at Metro West Detention Center with his bond yet to be determined.
